Chef Prasad joins the talented, Chef Van Hurd, for a special 5-course dinner. We're bringing the creativity and passion from Hell's Kitchen to make wonderful food and a lovely experience for you at Chef Prasad.'s in New Canaan CT

With a rich culinary journey spanning from Georgia to Texas to Connecticut, Chef Hurd's expertise shines through his diverse background, including appearances on Hell's Kitchen and notable roles like Executive Chef at Bourassa Catering, Taino Smokehouse, and Sayulita inspired Mexican Cuisine. 

The event is set in a private dining room and at the bar counter and a bar table @ Chef Prasad. Private Dining room seats are communal and high tops. We try and put large parties together. Table assignment is based on first reserve basis based on the tickets purchased. And some guests are seated at the blue BAR counter and at the bar table based on the timing of the reservation made.
