Welcome to Fire by Forge, a Pan-American inspired, chef-driven concept that includes a café, full-service restaurant, bar, and catering operation. Our seasonal menus feature fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. You'll find us in the historic former Billings & Spencer Company in Frog Hollow, conveniently located near the State Capital, The Bushnell Theater, and Asylum Hill neighborhood.
As a social enterprise of Forge City Works, we're fully integrated with FCW's culinary and customer service job training program. This means that when you dine with us or use our catering service, you're supporting transitional employment opportunities, internships, and apprenticeships for people over the age of 18 who have barriers to employment, such as poverty, incarceration, homelessness, addiction/recovery, or similar challenges.
