Adrian Bernard
General Manager / Hospitality Instructor
As General Manager at Fire by Forge, Adrian brings years of hands-on experience in hospitality, along with a deep understanding of service, leadership, and team development. He began his career as a food runner at Maggie McFly’s, where he worked his way up over eight years to become a General Manager across multiple locations.
He later joined the Locals 8 Hospitality Group, leading operations as General Manager for both Butchers & Bakers and Plan B Burger Bar in Simsbury. His time there further strengthened his approach to building strong teams and delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
Adrian joined Fire by Forge as a server and quickly grew into his current role as General Manager. In addition to overseeing daily operations, he plays an active role in training and mentorship, leading hospitality courses for trainees and staff. His work helps create a supportive environment where individuals can build confidence, develop skills, and grow within the industry.
