Fire by Forge Restaurant
Fire by Forge is a Pan-American inspired, chef-driven restaurant offering breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. Led by award-winning Executive Chef Van Hurd and hospitality expert Justin Morales, our seasonal menus emphasize fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients.
Located in the historic former Billings & Spencer Company building in Frog Hollow, we are conveniently near the State Capitol, The Bushnell Theater, and the Asylum Hill neighborhood.
As a social enterprise of Forge City Works, we integrate with FCW's culinary and customer service job training program. Dining or catering with us supports transitional employment, internships, and apprenticeships for individuals facing barriers such as poverty, incarceration, homelessness, and addiction/recovery.
