Miguel, a native of Hartford, began his culinary journey at the age of 16. With an unwavering passion for the culinary arts, Miguel pursued and attained certification in business management and attended Lincoln Culinary School in Hartford.

Miguel's culinary career has taken him to distinguished establishments, including Firebox, Capital Grille, Infinity Music Hall and others. Throughout his journey, Miguel has been driven by the joy of seeing people enjoy various cuisines.

Miguel's commitment extends beyond the kitchen, as he wholeheartedly supports the mission of Fire by Forge. This mission perfectly aligns with his belief in providing individuals with the opportunity to learn, grow, and kindle their passion within the restaurant industry.
