His culinary journey includes years of experience at prestigious venues, including the East Haddam Game & Country Club and the historic Philip Chaney Mansion, where he has honed his skills and developed a keen eye for both detail and innovation. At the core of his work, his philosophy is clear: great food starts with great people. That’s why he is equally devoted to building strong, supportive teams and cultivating a kitchen culture grounded in respect, growth, and true passion for the craft.

Beyond his role at Fire by Forge, Chef Dylan is deeply invested in the culinary community, empowering others through his work with Forge City Works. Here, he plays a key role in mentoring and guiding aspiring chefs, helping ensure the next generation enters the industry with the skills, confidence, and support they need to succeed.
